Villa Anna Elisa is located in the immediate vicinity of the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie in Bevagna, at about 385 meters above sea level and enjoys a breathtaking view over the olive groves and vineyards of the Southern Umbria Valley up to Mount Subasio.
The town of Bevagna is 3 km away; our other agritourism facilities and the oil mill are located within a radius of 500 meters.
Located in the center of Umbria, from Villa Anna Elisa it is possible to easily reach the main artistic cities and the wonderful villages of the Region; taking only two hours by car, Rome and Florence can be reached with extreme comfort.
The Villa was built with external facades of stone and exposed brick, the floor in the living area made of terracotta and the soft colors of the walls give the structure the typical charm of Umbrian farmhouses.
The living area develops on the ground floor with a large living room that opens onto the porch with the possibility of having meals even outdoors. A beautiful interior dining room, a bathroom and a fully equipped and semi-professional kitchen complete the floor.
A flight of masonry stairs leads from the hall to the first floor which houses 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one twin) with 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are internal and the third is shared, all equipped with chromotherapy.
The corridor on the first floor and the bedrooms have parquet floors and access to 3 panoramic terraces, one of which is very large and equipped as a solarium which overlooks the pool right in front.
The villa is located within a park of about 3,000 square meters, rich in vegetation with tall trees (pines, cypresses and holm oaks) and large shaded areas; there is a wonderful infinity pool located in a private position and from which you can admire a breathtaking landscape represented by an expanse of olive trees with the Umbrian Apennine mountains in the background.
The pool area has a large well-equipped sunbathing area in travertine, with internal and external lighting of the pool, a service bathroom and an external shower.
In an adjoining annex inside the park and in front of the swimming pool, a well-being room has been created, equipped for massages and a bathroom with chromotherapy shower.
The structure offers everything required to spend a period of rest and tranquillity; for those wishing to liven up their holiday we have, for a fee and upon specific customer request, all the main services that the area offers to better organize the week and make the stay unforgettable
